Colfax on the Hill, (COTH) sponsor of the proposed Bluebird Business Improvement (BID) initiative received word March 29th that the City & County of Denver has approved the “Letter of Intent” to form the Bluebird Business Improvement District under title 31 of the Colorado Revised Statutes.
